FlexOrch’s team management features let you bring your colleagues into your workspace and control exactly what each person can do. Role-based access ensures that sensitive operations — like managing billing, API keys, or compliance reports — are restricted to the right people.
Team management is an Enterprise plan feature. Upgrade your plan to invite team members and configure roles.

Roles at a glance

FlexOrch has three roles. Every team member must be assigned exactly one.
RoleWhat they can do
AdminFull access: upload, process, build datasets, manage connectors, manage team members, manage billing, and view compliance reports
EditorUpload documents, run processing jobs, build and export datasets, and manage connectors — but cannot manage the team or billing
ViewerRead-only access to jobs, datasets, and compliance reports — cannot upload or modify anything
Only Admins can invite new members, change roles, or remove team members from the workspace.

What each role can access

Admin

Admins have unrestricted access to every part of the workspace. Use this role sparingly — typically for team leads or IT administrators who need to manage both the operational and administrative sides of FlexOrch.

Editor

Editors can do everything needed to run document intelligence pipelines: upload raw files, trigger processing jobs, and build or export datasets. They cannot see billing information or modify team membership. This is the right role for data engineers, ML practitioners, and anyone actively working with documents.

Viewer

Viewers have read-only access. They can review job status, browse completed datasets, and read compliance reports, but cannot upload files or change any settings. This role suits stakeholders, auditors, or reviewers who need visibility without the ability to modify data.
